# ctrlSetURL

*Command · GUI Control · Arma 3 v2.02*

## Description

Sets URL property of the given control subject to `allowedHTMLLoadURIs[]` whitelisting in [CfgCommands](../topics/Description.ext.md) config. Supported controls are:
- `CT_BUTTON`
- `CT_SHORTCUTBUTTON`
- `CT_ACTIVETEXT`

## Syntax

```sqf
control ctrlSetURL URL
```

**Parameters:**

- `URL`: [String](../topics/String.md)

**Returns:** [Nothing](../topics/Nothing.md)
