# enableAutoTrimRTD

*Command · RTD · Arma 3 v1.34 · introduced in Take On Helicopters v1.00*

## Description

Toggle auto-trim for RTD helicopters.

> [!NOTE]
> **afm:** For this command to have any effect, the Advanced Flight Model (AFM) has to be enabled. AFM status can be checked with [difficultyEnabledRTD](../commands/difficultyEnabledRTD.md).

## Syntax

```sqf
helicopterRTD enableAutoTrimRTD enable
```

**Parameters:**

- `helicopterRTD`: [ObjectRTD](../topics/Object.md) - helicopter
- `enable`: [Boolean](../topics/Boolean.md) - enable or disable

**Returns:** [Boolean](../topics/Boolean.md)
