# hcShowBar

*Command · High Command · Arma 3 v0.50 · introduced in Arma 2 v1.00*

## Description

Shows or hides high command bar. There must be some groups under HC command to show HC bar.

> **Arma 3:** Since Arma 3 v1.94 this command returns [Nothing](../topics/Nothing.md) as it should

## Syntax

```sqf
hcShowBar bool
```

**Parameters:**

- `bool`: [Boolean](../topics/Boolean.md)

**Returns:** [Nothing](../topics/Nothing.md) - (before Arma 3 v1.94 this command returned [Object](../topics/Object.md) of [null](../commands/objNull.md) value)

### Example 1

hcShowBar true;
```

hcShowBar false;
```
