# kbWasSaid

## Description

Check if given item was said by person to someone. See Conversations for more details.

## Syntax

```sqf
person kbWasSaid [receiver, topic, sentenceID, maxAge]
```

**Parameters:**

- `person`: [Object](../topics/Object.md) - who said the item
- `receiver`: [Object](../topics/Object.md) - receiver of the sentence
- `topic`: [String](../topics/String.md) - name of the topic used in [kbAddTopic](../commands/kbAddTopic.md)
- `sentenceID`: [String](../topics/String.md) - id of sentence that we want to check
- `maxAge`: [Number](../topics/Number.md) - time in seconds. [kbWasSaid](../commands/kbWasSaid.md) will check whether the sentence was said in last **max. age** seconds

**Returns:** [Boolean](../topics/Boolean.md)
