# setHideBehind

*Command · Broken Commands · Arma 3 v0.50 · introduced in Operation Flashpoint: Elite v1.00*

## Description

Sets the data for hiding. objectWhereHide can be taken using [findCover](../commands/findCover.md). hidePosition can be taken using [getHideFrom](../commands/getHideFrom.md). Command is not functional in Arma 2.

## Syntax

```sqf
object setHideBehind [objectWhereHide, hidePosition]
```

**Parameters:**
