# setRotorBrakeRTD

*Command · RTD · Arma 3 v1.34 · introduced in Take On Helicopters v1.00*

## Description

Toggles a helicopter's rotor brake. 

> [!NOTE]
> **afm:** For this command to have any effect, the Advanced Flight Model (AFM) has to be enabled. AFM status can be checked with [difficultyEnabledRTD](../commands/difficultyEnabledRTD.md).

## Syntax

```sqf
helicopterRTD setRotorBrakeRTD enable
```

**Parameters:**

- `helicopterRTD` : [Object](../topics/Object.md) - helicopter
- `enable`: [Number](../topics/Number.md) - can be:
  - 0: off
  - 1: on

**Returns:** [Nothing](../topics/Nothing.md)
