## Description

Create a dated, timed diary record in the owner's "Log" subject.

## Syntax

```sqf
[owner, title, text] call BIS_fnc_createLogRecord
```

**Parameters:**

- `title`: [String](../topics/String.md) - (Optional, default "")
- `text`: [String](../topics/String.md) - (Optional, default "")

**Returns:** [String](../topics/String.md)
