# BIS_fnc_taskChildren

## Description

Return a task's sub-tasks.

## Syntax

```sqf
taskID call BIS_fnc_taskChildren
```

**Parameters:**

- `taskID`: [String](../topics/String.md) - ID of the task

**Returns:** [Array](../topics/Array.md) or [Object](../topics/Object.md) - array with sub tasks or [objNull](../commands/objNull.md) if parent task ID does not exist
