Description
Returns flag position on the flag pole.
Syntax
flagAnimationPhase flag
Parameters:
flag: Object - flag pole of the type"FlagCarrier"
Returns: Number in range 0..1 - flag position, where 0 is bottom of the flag pole, 1 is the top of the flag pole
