Description
Sets overcast using BIS_fnc_setOvercast.
Syntax
[0] call BIS_fnc_paramWeather
Parameters:
- Number - overcast value. Multiplied by 0.01 inside the function. Default value is current overcast value.
Returns: Number - overcast value (ranging from 0 to 1).
