Returns task's state.

Syntax
taskID call BIS_fnc_taskState
Parameters:
taskID: String - ID of the task
Returns: String - state of the task. Can be:
- "AUTOASSIGNED"
- "ASSIGNED"
- "CREATED"
- "SUCCEEDED"
- "FAILED"
- "CANCELED"
